Once your registration is confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to a different category or deferred to another edition of the Event, except as explicitly permitted by the Organiser.

Failure to participate on race day (for any reason including illness, travel, personal reasons, bib not collected, injury) does not entitle you to a refund.

If the Organiser rejects your registration application (for reasons such as eligibility, age, incomplete details, over-subscription), then the registration fee will be refunded in full (less any bank/transaction charges) within [e.g., 30] days of rejection notification.

If the Event (or a race category) is cancelled completely by the Organiser for any reason outside the participant’s control, the Organiser may offer one of the following, at its discretion:

Full refund of registration fee (less bank/transaction charges); or

​

Credit/deferral to next edition of the Event with or without an additional fee; or

​

Conversion to a virtual run or equivalent alternative at no extra cost.

The Organiser is not liable for any other costs you may incur (such as travel, accommodation, training, equipment) due to cancellation, postponement or change in format.

If the Event is postponed and you are unable to attend the new date, your registration may be transferred/credited to the next edition only if the Organiser permits; otherwise no refund will be given.

If the Organiser changes the route, distance, start time, or other major event detail for safety or logistic reasons (e.g., weather, traffic, government restriction, pandemic, road closure), you agree that your registration remains valid but may not be eligible for a refund.

The Organiser will inform participants of such changes at the earliest. No compensation or refund beyond what is set out here will be offered.

In cases of injury or unavoidable circumstances, the Organiser may (at its sole discretion) permit the surrender of the bib or transfer of registration name (subject to fees) if such option is advertised.

Such option will be clearly communicated by the Organiser, including dates, fees, processing charges, and conditions. If no such option is provided, no refund or transfer is permitted.
 

Any bank fees, gateway charges or transaction costs incurred during registration or refund will be borne by you and may be deducted from the refund amount.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund and have not received it after the stated period, you must notify the Organiser by email to [contact@eternarun.com] quoting your registration ID and details. Refund queries will not be entertained after [insert deadline date].
